Alba Thermal Springs

You can select an Alba Thermal Springs Package when you make a booking or choose to add Alba Thermal Springs passes to your stay (add them as an optional "add-on" just before the check-out page on our website). 

At least 48 hours notice is required for this add-on.

Your package includes unlimited time to bathe after entry on your chosen day

EG. If you have purchased this package for two people, two people may go once to the Alba Thermal Springs on their chosen day and bathe there on that day for an unlimited amount of time.

You will be emailed a request for your preferred date and time upon booking.

They are open 7 days per week from 7am-10pm.

Alba Thermal Springs are located approximately 15 minutes drive from Lakeside Villas.

Things to know

Swimwear

All our guests are asked to wear appropriate swimwear during their visit, including in our private springs. Due to the high mineral content of our water discolouration may occur with some fabrics. Please note that general clothing is not permitted in our pools. Swimwear is available to purchase at the store.

Water bottles

We are committed to respecting the environment and are mindful of our waste. We recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle. Please, no glass allowed. There are drinking fountains located throughout the springs, which are available for all guests to use and refill their bottles.

Jewellery

We kindly request that you do not wear jewellery in our springs, as the minerals may cause tarnishing. We recommend leaving valuable jewellery at home.

Footwear

Waterproof footwear, such as thongs or sandals, is highly recommended throughout the springs and wet areas. Please note, footwear is required to enter the restaurant.

BYO

We ask that you refrain from bringing food, glassware, or alcohol with you.

Mobile phones and laptops

Alba is a place of tranquillity; therefore, we request that you leave your mobile phone, smart watch and laptop in the locker provided.

If you need to cancel your Alba Experience, please contact them directly on (03) 5985 0900.

Alba Thermal Springs Cancellation Policy is as follows-

"We appreciate things change. However, we ask for 48 hours’ notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. The full cost will be incurred if a cancellation is made within that 48-hour period.

If within that 48-hour period you are required to isolate due to COVID, we will endeavour to re-book your appointment at a suitable time within the following month."
