Can I change my dates?

Due to the boutique, small nature of our 3-villa property, we are limited in our flexibility to postpone or amend reservations.
If you AMEND OR POSTPONE your reservation/s:
a) With more than 31 days notice prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a $75 administrative fee.
b) 15-30 days notice is given prior to your arrival date, a fee of 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged.
c) 14 days or less notice is given - no postponement or amendments.
In some circumstances, we can re-advertise your room and try to re-book it. If we successfully manage to re-book the entirety of your stay, we will provide a refund of the amount we are able to book it for less a $75 admin fee. It is not guaranteed that we will fill the booking.
