What is the check-in and check-out procedure?

Check-in is via a pincode anytime from 2pm. Late arrivals are totally fine.

The pincode will be emailed to you once full payment is made and within 1 week of your arrival.

Check-out is at 10.30am. This is when the cleaners arrive to turn over the room for the next guests.

Due to the boutique nature of our small operation and limited housekeeping staff, we cannot offer early check-in or late check-outs.
