Is there someone on-site to help with questions or checking in?

The Lakeside Villas are fully self contained accommodation and are not serviced. This means there is no-one "on call" and we provide enough amenities to get you started and to allow for a comfortable stay. 

Within reason, some special requests and dietaries can be catered for with advance notice. Additional charges may apply.
