What is your Cancellation Policy-

Due to the boutique, small nature of our 3-villa property, we are limited in our flexibility to cancel, postpone or amend reservations. With this in mind, all reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

If you cancel or amend your reservation/s:

a) With more than 31 days notice prior to your arrival date, your 50% deposit will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee.

b) 15-30 days notice is given prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reserved accommodation will be charged.

c) 14 days or less notice is given prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to your total reserved stay- no refund

The above applies to postponing/ changing booking dates also.

In some circumstances, we can re-advertise your room and try to re-book it. If we successfully manage to re-book the entirety of your stay, we will provide a refund of the amount we are able to book it for less a $75 admin fee. It is not guaranteed that we will fill the booking.
